McBrat team to highlight their IP Stars 2025 recognition
I’m very pleased to be recognised once again in IP Stars 2025, alongside recognition for McBratney Law as a firm.
The early editions of the IP Stars rankings centred on IP litigation and prosecution work, with no dedicated category for transactional and commercial IP lawyers. Perhaps to the credit of the growing importance and value of IP in the technology sector, IP Stars has now expanded to recognise transactional IP practitioners for the significant contribution they make in the IP space.
While I was lucky enough to be featured in the early days of IP Stars thanks to my large trade mark practice, it’s great to see commercial IP practitioners and firms like myself and McBratney Law being acknowledged for our skill and expertise in this area. While I’m grateful to be recognised personally, the firm’s standing, and mine within it, is a reflection of the collective efforts and expertise of the McBratney Law team.
My thanks go to Neiry Taing-Brammer, Sarah Brydeb, Shelley To, Megan Somers and everyone who contributes to our IP practice every day.
