Neiry is a solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia (2024) and the Supreme Court of New South Wales (2021), with a strong focus on intellectual property law, particularly Australian and international trade mark matters.
Before moving to Australia, Neiry qualified and practised as a lawyer in France, where she gained valuable experience in intellectual property and public sector legal work.
Fluent in French and English, and proficient in Cambodian, Neiry is known for her clear, practical legal advice, attention to detail, and strong drafting skills in all aspects of IP law.
Outside of work, Neiry enjoys spending time with her two young kids, riding her bike, cooking, hunting for antiques, and relaxing at the beach. She keeps active by playing Division 4 soccer and is enthusiastically learning to surf.
